1. How to choose PCB board?

As far as electrical is concerned, pay attention to whether the Dielectric Constant and the frequency of the medium loss are used in the designed frequency.
2. How to avoid high -frequency interference?
The basic idea of avoiding high -frequency interference is to minimize the interference of high -frequency signal electromagnetic fields, which is the so -called crosstalk. The distance between the high -speed signal and the analog signal can be used, or the GROUND Guard/Shunt Traces is next to the analog signal. Also pay attention to the noise interference of the simulation ground.
3. In high -speed design, how to solve the problem of signal integrity?
Signal integrity is basically the problem of impedance matching. The factors that affect impedance matching include the architecture and output impectance of signal sources. The solution is to rely on Termination and Top Park in the adjustment line.
4. How is the differential distribution method realized?
There are two points to pay attention to the wiring of differential pairs. One is that the length of the two lines should be as long as possible, and the other is that the distance between the two lines (the distance is determined by the differential impedance) to remain unchanged, that is, it must be parallel. There are two ways in parallel. One is two lines on the same wiring layer (Side-By-Side), and the other is two lines and two layers of Over-Under. Generally, the former has a lot of ways to implement.
5. How to achieve a difference in distribution lines for the clock signal line with only one output?
It is meaningful to use the signal source and the receiving end to use the difference. Therefore, the clock signal with only one output end cannot use a differential distribution.
6. Can I add a matching resistance between the differential line of the receiving end?
The matching resistance of the intervals of the receiving end is usually added, and the value should be equal to the value of the differential impedance. This signal quality will be better.
