I remember that when I first came into contact with PCB board soldering (PCB patch/SMT processing), a lot of PCB circuit boards were soldered, especially the small resistance exclusion of the patch. After soldering several times, the pads have been almost useless by me, and the electronic components of the plug-in have also been soldered off a lot of pads. All in all, like other industry whites, I have an unsightly past. But when the number of circuit board soldering starts to increase, gradually, almost no solder pads are dropped now.
Practicing true knowledge may be the truth of life. At least it works for me!
However, I guess that many of my colleagues who are new to circuit board design should be exactly the same as me many years ago. Soldering is really a difficult bone to crack (of course, it can't be said too absolutely, God still has it). However, this rookie is not here to discuss the level of welding technology with you, but to briefly introduce a faster and more economical and practical PCB board welding technology. The PCB patch is generally like this. work process:
1. Open steel mesh
2. Brush solder paste
3. Paste components
4. Over welding machine
5. To detect
The method and steps described above are mainly suitable for PCB circuit boards with many SMD electronic components on the PCB. Friends who solder mainstream plug-in components should not use the above methods.
The first step is to open a steel mesh when making circuit boards. When it comes to this open steel mesh, as far as I know, there are different price points. For example, there are ordinary corroded steel meshes, as well as laser ones. Taking into account the price factor, of course, the laser is much more expensive. For example, the double-sided stencil I made is only about 70, but the laser stencil is about 200. I haven't used a laser yet, and I can't say what the advantages are, but the corrosion effect seems to be pretty good.

Next, fix the position of the steel mesh with a steel mesh frame
After the steel mesh is placed correctly, the circuit board is put in immediately. After that, we must pay attention to manually adjust the specific position of the circuit board, so that the pads are aligned with the positions of the holes on the stencil. After aligning the positions of the holes, the next step is to brush the solder paste. Pour the solder paste on the stencil, and use a flat spatula to brush the solder paste evenly on the pad aperture (observe whether there are any parts that have not been brushed)
After the solder paste is brushed, we need to carefully attach the electronic components one by one with the camera. After all the electronic components are glued in place, we can place the circuit board in the reflow soldering machine for soldering.
The electronic components on the circuit board are all soldered to the board by the action of the reflow soldering machine. As shown in the pictures listed, how does this work? At least it is much more beautiful than hand-soldered. In addition, manual quality inspection and instrument testing are required, and this is the real end.
